Southport In Swansea Condos by State Building Group is coming soon to the Swansea neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario with a total of 625+ residential units located at 34-50 Southport Street. The Humber River runs to the west of the site as well as Highway 427. Where the Gardiner Expressway and Highway 427 meet each other is also where you can find the Sherway Gardens which is an upscale shopping centre with brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Coach, Harry Rosen, Holt Renfrew, Lacoste, Michael Kors, Tiffany & Co. and Saks Fifth Avenue coming soon.
